Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Requests
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your certification, training, or consultation with QualGod. Please review our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth process.
Certification Cancellations:
- Certification cancellations must be requested in writing and sent to Support@qualgod.com.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchasing.
- Refunds for certification cancellations are subject to a processing fee.
Training Program Cancellations:
- Training program cancellations must be submitted through our online platform or by contacting our support team.
- Refunds for training program cancellations are subject to the specific terms outlined during the Enrollment process.
Consultation Cancellations:
- Consultation cancellations should be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
Certification Refunds:
- Refunds for certification cancellations are processed within 14 business days after deducting the applicable processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days after joining training.
Training Program Refunds:
- Refund eligibility for training programs is subject to the terms and conditions outlined during the enrollment process.
- Partial refunds may be granted based on the portion of the training program already completed.
Consultation Refunds:
- Refunds for consultation cancellations are processed within 14 business days.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that failing to attend a scheduled consultation or training session without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund.
